    Anticipating the Holidays

    Happy Holidays

At Over the Rainbow, we have a very nice selection of gift ideas, holiday cards and some wrapping paper, Christmas décor, both new and vintage, that you won’t find anywhere else around here, and much more. We are small but we pack a mighty amount of merchandise into this space. We’d love for you to visit and shop. We’re decorated inside for the holidays already, and by next week we’ll be lighting up the night [though always mindful of the Dark Sky Initiative that is keeping our area one of the most beautiful for stargazing…

    Bella Vista Fort Davis Shop

Bella Vista Floral Decor & More

This charming gift shop needs to be Seen. The short drive out is pleasant and scenic. The shop itself commands a view that most would envy. It is so pretty out there. On the Deck, festooned with rustic decor, ceramic bells, plants and pots, and gorgeous wreaths, you get a vista of the surrounding mountains that just can’t be had from town. Marcia has stocked the store not only with her own gorgeous floral wreaths, arrangements and creations, but absolutely the best selection of gift ideas I’ve seen anywhere in West Texas so far. You…

    Thinking in Circles

    Life is a Circle

What Makes The World Go Round Searching for an Eco Philosphy That Works I’ve been thinking a lot about creating a sustainable business for quite some time now. It is a difficult economy, and a difficult idea to Sell, much less to achieve. [New] Beginnings

    Crystal window

New Year, New Dreams & Goals I can’t believe we’re already over half way through January 2023! However, that’s what the calendar is telling me, so I guess I just have to go along. In order to meet at least one of my goals for this year, I had better get this post written and published. I hope to be more forthcoming and interactive with my online presence this year. That means at least two Posts on this Blog every month.

An Antique and Vintage shop just packed with trinkets, treasures and the unexpected. It’s every bit as offbeat and eclectic (maybe even more so ;-))  as we are and so much fun to visit. I could spend hours and still not take it all in. Join me today for a pictorial tour that doesn’t even begin to show you all there is to see at WEST. The Guadalupan Lady WEST.
