A Holiday Gift Guide…
From Over the Rainbow
It is just weeks until Christmas, and what better time to Shop Local, to explore the businesses that help to keep your community thriving and vibrant. You don’t have to go far to find all sorts of lovely and unique gifts and stocking stuffers. We are lucky in Fort Davis to have a great selection of small businesses to explore and treasure hunt in. Check out my Neighbors Posts for information on small shops in the Fort Davis, Marfa and Alpine area.
And we would be most pleased to see our Neighbors during this holiday season. Mention you are Local for a 10 percent discount on your purchase.

A Few of Our Favorite Things
There are so many cute and creative gift ideas at Over the Rainbow, that I hardly know where to start. Stocking Stuffers— small gifts just meant to please— are a great place to begin. A pair of interesting or sparkly earrings, a bead bracelet or necklace make great gifts. For the Crystal Lovers, we have a nice selection of smaller minerals like palm-stones, towers and wands. And don’t overlook the mini-mushrooms, a great hit with the kids this year. There are books and cards for the metaphysically minded, as well as sage bundles and a wide selection of incense. Candles are always welcome, as are the accompanying holders and burners.
For the environmentally conscious, we love our Slow Fashion (pre-loved and vintage clothing) and our Me Mother Earth bags, wraps, sponges, etc. We have handmade soaps too, along with bath salts, bombs and shower steamers. There are bamboo holders for the soaps, and natural sisal pouches.
We have a wide selection of vintage wares including linens and handkerchiefs, glassware, wooden trays and serving pieces, jars and vases. Just too many things to list. Stop by and see.
We are here everyday but Wednesday. Normally from 10 to 5 (11 to 4 on Sundays). Happy Holiday Shopping.
